The stay was to visit nearby attractions, and the hot tub experience was definitely the highlight! The cottage was well equipped and cozy, perfect for relaxation after a day out. Even though the electric hob was a bit tricky, it didn't take away from how lovely Honey Pot cottage was overall. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a snug getaway with some great amenities.

Clean and comfortable accommodations with a solid WiFi connection. The cottage offered a peaceful garden area, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The TV is outdated and difficult to use, with remote buttons that barely respond. Lighting in the bathroom turns off too soon, making it inconvenient at night. Kids had trouble with the high mirror, needing unsafe alternatives to see themselves. The shower had mould issues, and the hot tub incurs an extra £150 fee, which isn't clearly noted. the location requires a 10-minute drive for restaurants or self-catering shopping, which could be a hassle for some.

Penybryn Cottages was cozy and super clean! The Honeypot Cottage had comfy seating and a great vibe. It warmed up quickly despite the chilly weather. The hot tub was a fun bonus but remember to bring your own supplies. The peaceful garden was a nice touch for relaxing, and the sheep around added to the charm. Would have loved better TV options, but honestly, I didn't mind too much with all the nature views around. Great spot for a chill getaway!

our return to penybryn cottages was just as amazin as the first time! the friendly host totally made us feel like we were at home again. the cottage is super charming with its traditional decor and exposed beams, perfect for relaxing after hiking. we love the jacuzzi too, especially after a long day. the gardens were on point, really lovely flowers and a nice spot for breakfast in the sun!
the tv was super outdated, and the remote barely worked. The lights in the toilet went out too soon, which was pretty annoying.

Our stay was fantastic! We hiked up Fan y Big and explored castles, enjoying the charm of our cottage. The hot tub was a great end to our busy days, and the hosts were warm and welcoming, even offering fresh eggs. The local area is perfect for biking trips too!
The only downside was the cigarette butts we found near the bench outside, but it didn't spoil our experience. we had a great time.
